2017年9月13日 - 续2017年9月6日爱尔德斯（IRETEX）与11名人士包括前董事和公司秘书遭股东陈燕芝起诉，12日法庭发布公告，13日前旧秘书没有要求被从顾，新秘书张美美 (Chong Bee Bee) 次日正式取代陈栋梁 （Tan Tong Lang)。旧董事等嫌9月19日年度股东大会前冻结身份必须向新董事批准，有待27日听候发落。

此前公司在2017年8月25日股东特别会议顺利通过后，招频频阻止股东会议进行的前董事包括麦麟坤、陈伟忠、莫哈末沙利夫和阿莫阿姆林，以及前秘书陈栋梁（人名译音）刁难拖延缴交公司文件。秘书更“顺理成章自甘被”非法劫持包庇和私藏股票交易所新闻发布系统密码，还让前董事擅自滥用股票交易所系统宣告“会议无效”，阻止新董事执行任务。股东以陈燕芝领先，于8月28日起诉包括爱尔德斯，4名前董事（Mak Lin Kum, Felix Chin Wui Choong, Shariff, Amryn), 公司秘书陈栋梁（Tan Tong Lang), 以及其它6 名人士。法庭已发出禁令，禁止该公司、叶达杰和江汉凯之外的9名人士召开股东特大或展延本月19日的股东大会，以及提出新的控诉。

此外，该公司和陈栋梁之外的10名人士，也不可在未获得4名前董事和上月25日之前委任的董事批准前，删除、下载或复制陈燕芝拥有的机密数据等讯息。

根据股票交易所13日公告，法庭在周二（12日，昨天）听审，正式委任新秘书上任，禁令依旧。

此后在法庭发出通知后，显然法庭公告禁止旧董事等嫌继续滥用职权挑三拣四醋意破坏年度股东大会，如有所失属于藐视法庭。在新秘书上任后，恐怕处处为难，得看法庭如何处理旧董事麦麟坤 (Mak Lin Kum)、陈伟忠(Felix Chin Wui Choong)等嫌。如果“特地不回复，不工作, 不安排妥当年度股东大会”，不合作宣布公司报告等等，也属于藐视法庭。

小股东19日可到年度股东大会为自己的公司判决旧董事去留。

13 September 2017 - Followed Iretex Corp Bhd shareholder sued on Iretex and 11 others, including ex directors Mak Lin Kum, Felix Chin Wui Choong, Sharif and Amryn, as well as company secretary Tan Tong Lang, which collude together preventing shareholders from exercising their rights on their own company Iretex, including abuse of court process to interrupt EGM, trying to procure an injunction on shareholders from voting, and self-declare "invalidating" EGM results, among other abuses, reckless law breakers never seen in Malaysia capital market, the court had on 12 September ruled effectiveness and appointment of new company secretary Chong Bee Bee to replace former company secretary Tan Tong Lang of Boardroom, starting 14 September. Tan Tong Lang had on 28 August 2017 resigned as company secretary, shortly after he "unable to hand over Bursalink password to new directors and unable to make EGM results announcements".

The court order remain effective on former directors, restrained from function as director without getting new board of directors approval. However, market expect the former directors namely Mak Lin Kum, Felix Chin Wui Choong, and controversial staff Nizam, Alfred Gan and coy, would tend to prolong their illegal control of Iretex board and business, and tend not to cooperate, obey orders or follow new director instructions, likely to frustrate coming AGM - the venue for shareholders to exercise their rights.

19 September is the AGM where shareholders shall decide for their own company destiny. It would be a test to Malaysia justice system and Bursa Malaysia integrity which should protect and respect shareholders rights.
