2017年12月4日，吉隆坡 - 工业产品包装公司爱尔德斯(Iretex 7183) 经过9月股东大会铲除几个董事后，今天在高庭撤消对前董事等供应商无中生有的法律诉讼。根据股票交易所报道，在没有证据和证人的尴尬情况下，公司代表律师在法庭取消一切诬告，还被告一个清白，劳民伤财的闹剧告一段落。

爱尔德斯在前董事以律师麦令金（翻译）和财务锺惠宗（翻译）为首，除了滥用职权破坏刁难公司股东行使股东权利外，还阻止执行董事执行任务，搞到公司业绩一落千丈。新董事会在清理整顿几个前董事的恶作剧费尽心机，把公司资源浪费在没有生产力的法律纠缠上的弊端一刀铲除，正式把公司扶回轨道。

市场有待爱尔德斯尽快恢复正常运作，以业绩为首给股东一个交代。

4 December 2017, Kuala Lumpur - Ire-Tex Corp Bhd today announced the withdrawal and cancel of lawsuit on former director and suppliers. 

According to Bursa Malaysoa, the Board of Directors of Ire-Tex announce that the Company had on 4 December 2017, via its solicitors, Messrs. Josephine L K Chow & Co, withdrawn the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Tey Por Yee, Lim Chye Guan, Future Rank Sdn. Bhd., Mohd Zamzuri Bin Zakaria and Musa Bin Abu Bakar (Civil Suit No.: WA-22NCC-122-04/2017) where cost is to be agreed upon.

The Suit was filed by the previous solicitor of the Plaintiff despite the lack of supporting material evidence. Due to change of board members and the personnel instructing the solicitors, it is now difficult to identify viable witnesses and maintain the Suit.

The withdrawal of the Suit is not expected to have any financial impact to the Company.

Moving forward, market expect Ire-Tex to drop and settle all non-productive lawsuits and legal menace manufactured by certain former directors, and focus on making profit for the shareholders.
