The Board of Directors of TH HEAVY wishes to inform that following the classification of TH HEAVY as a PN 17 Company pursuant to Paragraph 2.1 (e) of PN 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, in relation to the monthly announcement of the Company's status to regularise its financial condition, the Company would like to announce that Bursa Securities had via its letter dated 19 January 2012 approved the regularisation plan, which was submitted by AmInvestment Bank Berhad on 13 July 2011. The regularisation plan has been approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23 May 2012.
TH HEAVY had on 31 July 2012 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an early upliftment from being classified as a PN 17 Company under the Listing Requirments. TH HEAVY's application is subject to Bursa Securities' approval. An announcement will be made once TH HEAVY receives a decision from Bursa Securities.
