On behalf of the Board of Directors of OCK, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the listing application for the Consideration Shares, the Bonus Shares and the new OCK Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the ESOS Options pursuant to the Proposed ESOS has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 June 2014.

Main Board in the making?

KUALA LUMPUR, May 20 (Bernama) -- Instacom Group Bhd (IGB) has received a
contract worth RM205 million from One M Utama Sdn Bhd for the supply, installation,
testing and commissioning of telecommunications network, infrastructure and
engineering works in Sarawak. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and assets for the financial years
ending 2013 to 2015.
"This development coupled with our sterling Q1 results announced last week bodes
well for Instacom's transfer to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia," said Instacom
Chief Executive Officer Anne Kung. Moving forward, the company is confident of securing more projects of significant sizes in the foreseeable future in line with its expansion plans and commitment to operational excellence.

I disagree with your point on Brahims. Their dependency on main revenue is not just yielded from MAS alone.

Even if they are bailed out doesn't mean brahims will still be able to hold the contract with MAS. Kinda worrying now.

DIVIDENDS

In respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013, the directors had on 28 February 2014
declared a first interim single-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.25 cents per share, amounting to
RM563,863 based on the issued and paid up share capital as at 31 December 2013. The dividend
will be paid on 26 May 2014 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 8
May 2014. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current financial
year but it will be accounted for in shareholder’s equity as an appropriation of retained profits for
the financial year ending 31 December 2014.

The directors do not recommend the payment of any final dividend for the current financial year.

zylkron you are right. The meals will be bounded for free in MAS flights soon. Japan Airline contract is one of the reason for me to look into Brahims. Soon there will be more foreign investors to pump in more moneys into this counter. Let's see.
