I have been accumulating its Warrant-C at 0.66. Target price will be above RM1.

Share price of TNLOGIS has been controlled lately. Once the application has been submitted by the end of this month, it's price is expected to soar. Street consensus target price is at least RM2.

Furthermore, I have consulted my friend who is an experienced investor in Sg. Industrial REITs in Sg are doing well and their annual returns have been consistently maintaining at ard 7% pa.

TNLogis has been wanting to list their warehousing asset on REIT since yr 2012. Now is the best timing to do so, judging from the overall environment conditions.

Listed company won't do a major decision merely based on the advice fr Investment Bank. Pls don't be so naive.

KSL did not honour its promise of minimum 40% net profit as dividend payout.

Kenanga IB has reduced it's target price for KSL to the latest RM0.99. I really can't imagine how Kenanga can deduce such a low price to a company with RNAV of RM7. 07 which is published by its own. Seeing the article, I m even more confident to buy KSL at RM1 - 1. 10. Act against Kenanga recommendation, don't trust IB. They have their own agenda.
