1)Soak the muchrooms in water for 30mins
Pour a little sesame oil into the wok.Then add potatoes and muchrooms followed by a little brown sugar and salt and stir it.Then put the carrots into the frying mixture followed by light sauce and black sauce.Simmer it until it is dry then pour three glasses of water and simmer again for 35min.
Note:make sure the muchroom is cooked and the carrots are not too cooked.You can scoop up the carrot 10 earlier for better result.
Your kitchen will have great muchroom aroma and you will have a filling delicious meal
