Personally, I have made Fundamental and Price Valuation Analysis on this company. In my view, the company is finally on track to generate free cash flow and in net cash position after having paid off USD denominated loan. Strong balance sheet with NTA of RM 0.79.
However, investors have to be cautious of the strong base and increment of any further paid-up capital size in the future as this will mean diluting further every shareholder's earnings.
In terms of whether the company is now gaining competitive advantage after moving from low value-add products to higher quality products, it is yet to be seen and confirm in the gross margin.

This stock has regained its fundamental strength in March after declaring the full repayment of USD debt. With strong USD currency strengthening in the coming months of 2016, I think its assets will be better off.
I was doing a conservative earning projection for the next three years, it may hit RM 2.30. The highest high record is at RM 1.79 in early January this year.

According to Money Flow Index (MFI), the net buying is ramping up and it exceeded net selling by multiples for the past few weeks.

Furthermore, MACD is seen diverging from signal line and crossing above zero line.
For the past three days, the closing price of Hevea has been above EMA(12) and is a bullish sign.

Given the strong fundamental prospect and technical confirmation. Reason to hold and wait is worth it.
