On the issue of cash warrants I am of the view that the mother share will dictate. Look at Airasia since early this year all the cash warrants more than 10 are up and up above their issue price moving in tandem with the mother share from 1.50 to 3.00 .The Issuers have no control except to hedge on the mother share when it is on upward trends.

AAX is on the way up on the strength of its turnaround story.Last year 3rd Q results incurred a heavy loss of RM288 million and this year 3rd Q results will surprise the market due to its turnaround and high load factor as already reported.The huge contrast will act as a catalyst to rerate the stock value based on 4 rolling quarters EPS exceeding maybe 10sen and 15sen by FY 2016.
Thus based on PE of 6 just figure out the TP.

I have analyst for the last 2 weeks going thru all the past 8 quarterly AAX results in all aspects convincing that a great turnaround is in place.
There will be big surprise for PAT and EPS for FY 2016.

Just wait for 3rd and 4th Quarters results due in End Nov 15 and end Feb17 respectively.
