Based on d ratio 1 kluang at 3.90 for 17.2827 sg bagan works out to b equivalent to a dividend of 2.25rm per sg bagan share.
So invest 3370 rm today, earns 225rm in 3 months....super deal guys...cheers.
As for kuchai, invedt 2k today, earns 60+ interest in 3 months...also good deal.

GEH sg30.45, Kuchai owns 3.03 million sharss in GEH...that alone is worth about 270 millions RM....Kuchai capital is about 61 millions....that alone is worth at least RM4+....Kuchai owns 61% of Sg Bagan, which in turn iwns 1.7 million GEH....you do your own calculations..?add on the properties Kuchai owns n d 61% of Sg Bagan...its when things are going to happen to unlock its values.....keep for a few weeks...at most 2 to 3 months.....cheers ...wait for durian runtuh....:)....happy investing.

From what i see in d figures, Kuchai is cash rich with limitless potential to go up up up like d hay days of Inch K, U Malacca, OCBC...even Sg Bagan, Kluang...

What's in Kuchai? NTA = RM4.30+; 3.03 million shares in GEH; 60+% in Sg Bagan which also has 1.7 million shares in GEH.
GEH is current trading at SD 30+.
Kuchai closed at RM2.58 on Friday.
What's the worth of Kuchai? Any one can compute? Cheers.
