这样看只是时间的问题，利多于好。多钱的人多数还是会买屋子，毕竟亚洲人思想 - 砖块是金。在加上政府要扶盘，就经济。楼盘比较快给到大的multiplier，带动其他的领域。
年轻人28岁 - 30多岁，占大多数再加上现在都是双薪。基本上都有能力再多买一间。
就算刚出社会，不够钱也可以找guarantor。

再加上疫苗的进度应该会很快会有了，因为生产疫苗的公司也想快点分杯羹。
如果如预期一样，今年就有covid 19疫苗，只会让市场更乐观。

全世界都有以前financial crisis的经验如2008, 2001, 1998等。
国家只会丢更多的钱扶盘，就经济。不只马来西亚，甚至全世界都一样。

可能mco lifted过后就会testing 0.58。
不用月尾就会破0.60。

如果七月BNM为了要刺激经济，再降低opr rate。
这就助老刘一臂之力testing 0.70，甚至破0.70。

不过不知道开放short sell对market影响多大。

Look at the residential overhang percentage in 2019 actually drop about 1%++ which means that HOC and cut opr play a important catalyst into boost the property market.

Please la! bosses hold for 70%+ of share, do you think they will let the share price drop less than 0.30 below?

看回2008年的数据，当时Malaysia的GDP甚至negative，OPR也甚至降到2.0。
不过property偏偏那时候很多都大起,也偏偏反映在股价上。
