（吉隆坡21日讯）阁代科技（GREATEC，0208，创业板）宣布，将在本月28日转到马交所主板，此外，该公司还赢得新订单，订单总值也累积至3亿6920万令吉。
该公司今日发出文告指出，在本月15日及今日，分别获得证劵监督委员会及大马交易所批准转板。
另外，独资子公司Greatech Integration私人有限公司，从现有顾客手中赢得新订单，使订单总值从2亿6690亿令吉，激增到3亿6920万令吉。
文告指出，此合约可为今明财年贡献盈利；根据现有的订单，该公司积极看待下财年的业务表现。

（吉隆坡15日讯）阁代科技（GREATEC，0208，创业板）宣布，获得证监会批准转板马交所主板。
阁代科技今天向交易所报备，2019财年审计后净利达5427万3000令吉；而2017和2018财年净利，皆在2000万令吉以上。
这符合公司3到5年净利总和至少2000万令吉，及最新财年取得至少600万令吉的转板门槛。
同时，该公司的公众持股率约达29.33%，有5011名公众股东，分别超过25%和1000人的门槛。
另外，按照6亿2600万已发行股本及9.10令吉的参阅价，公司市值达5亿7000万令吉。
根据先前文告，该公司预料可在今年末季成功转战主板。
阁代科技于去年6月上市创业板，首次公开募股（IPO）发售价为61仙，在不到一年半的时间内股价上涨了1254%。
今日闭市，阁代科技报8.26令吉，涨16仙或1.98%，成交量140万2400股。

有些人觉得，greatech即将来临的2020 Q3的业绩会是个业绩炸弹。所以手上有票的有些散户，选择业绩出来前套利，业绩出来后再买进。认为greatech的营业盈利不能像uwc那样一直增长！
不知道，Mabel，有什么看法吗？

bro richard kh wong, not late to join Powerwell again.I also bought during listing n cut loss heavily.I recovered some losses when went in at 0.235 sen in the second round. This third round I bought a lot as from reliable sources that they been awarded a huge contract for MRT2 project.They also have a good potential in winning contract on ECRL.
