Most of the land for this company is lease not freehold, need to pay again when times come.
After new government take over with decrease debt as vision all construction job gone case except the job approved by previous government.
Summore for property side government request to decrease sales price but indirect and other cost still incoming.
I'm didn't attack or arrow on anyone just my own opinion for this company current situation.

just wonder did it will break over RM1.3 or not although it looks cheap...
