Guys...Mr. Director's last transaction was about 2 years back...He should consider to acquire some more of ordinary shares during current time as it well below his cost price and the latest performance of Ocr is quite having a turnaround as many of past jv are currently being realized. Right now, the property market should have an attractive value in term of investment in real property due to current government regulations of temporary rpgt exemption and lower rate for purchasing cost.

Ema is an exponential moving average line which used to determine a price trend and could act as a dynamic support/resistance...currently 345 is on the one month average price which technically still has the uptrend direction

Current price is at 30 days exponential moving average (EMA-30 days)...
