how could this company consider as good FA? no so good the financial report.

from the report i can see this company hold a lot of valuable assets, even it is a cash rich company. But, the company not declare the dividend for the shareholders! really diu~! the cash can see but can not touch!

i met the director on last year AGM. this company is very china man family business. they are not intent to goreng the share price but they will make sure declare dividend yearly. its suitable hod for long term

but the management didnt tell shareholders how much contigent capital required under FSA. now MPHB have 500 mil cash !!

actually, based on my observation la, The big shark wont goreng this stock up to 0.20ct at this moment. Bcoz too many sellers' volume, especially those warrant holders just exercised and waiting to sell at 0.16 onwards. If big shark push up now, the cost very heavy and expensive, no point for them to goreng. Thats why , i'm very surprise how come this Mr. Planner said today can touch 0.20 cts... maybe he is trying to cheat you all to support the best buy rate at 0.16, so he can sell to you all. the convertion exercise still on going, means that it will have a lot of sellers at 0.155-0.16.

so, i dont think this stock can touch 0.20cts by the end of this month. this is only my thinking. Unless Mr Planner CBC show the magic~! then, i have to close myself at my room, off the light, eat banana and do confess that why i dont believe the God.

yes, same thinking with luffy. it is very risky you buy stock based on the trend or historical data or by guessing. unless you have insider information that you know what is the business plan going to annouce. if you buy a company but you dont know the company business, the chances that you throw money to deep sea is very high.
