I knew the reason why it listed in RHB 20 Jewels 2020 because SCGM strategy to focus on higher margin packaging products (together with lower raw material cost) . It 9MFY20 net profit improved significantly from RM2m to RM10m .
Added point is SCGM has formal policy of paying 40% of net profit as divident . For last 5 years , they paid out average >60% of net profit .
Another added point is involved in healthcare protective equipment to be supplied to hospitals , medical centres and pharmacies . It generated RM3-4m/month .
Expected coming QR results very very good .

I believed safest share are glove and medic because demand . Other shares very dangerous because HK , US and China may caused global recession . Only pick shares excluded from all the above risk .

Talib switched to oil and keep pushing investors to oil . But China economic growth after covid below expectation . many remiser ask to away from oil . May be after US and China trade war . Demand go up only step in . Too early now . Risk factor very high .

Let me clarify.

When I recommend my Miss Universe stock Supermx, the share price is around 3.60. I put up my target price at 7.48, everyone is laughing at me.
The target price from Kenanga at that time is only 4.50. Kenanga had upgraded the target price to 7.60 after Q3 2020 result is out.

I agreed the share price of Supermx went up too fast and too soon, I cannot recommend this high price to my subscriber to buy.

I believe the share price of Comfort is very undervalued if compared against Supermx. It is nothing wrong to buy Comfort.
If the share price of Supermx is 5.74, the share price of Comfort should be 3.74. The difference in share price between them is always around 2.00.

Supermx is still my Miss Universe stock. She is beautiful and for sure, she will win Miss Universe in 2020.
