@Manfradlow I have compared the same quarter on the last year, I noticed that the company disposed a piece of land that worth RM 10million and the net profit of the quarter was RM 12 million. Assume that the net profit of land disposal was RM 9 million (I'm not sure about the tax rate of land disposal), therefore i used RM 12 million - RM 9 million = RM 3 million. Thus, if according to the income from company operation on yoy, the company operating profit was grew from RM 3 million to RM 5 million. This is my thought, please correct me if I'm wrong.

yes if exclude the profit from land disposal from last year, compared to the yoy the net profit increased almost 100%
