When the quarter report will be released??

The Group’s revenue for the quarter ended 30 April 2017 increased by 14.1% to RM124.54
million compared to RM109.16 million for the preceding year corresponding quarter due mainly
to higher business volume as well as higher average selling prices.

Profit before taxation increased by 41.4% from RM4.13 million to RM5.84 million due mainly to
higher revenue as well as lower foreign exchange losses as compared to the preceding year
corresponding quarter.

However, profit after taxation decreased by 76.4% to RM1.38 million compared to RM5.86
million for the corresponding quarter last year due mainly to underprovision of deferred taxation
in the previous financial year.

War between Mr Koon and KC...... because of Gadang!!!

I must admit that I also is WTK share holder, and I still hold this share, now! I buy this share not recommended by anyone. I buy it during the Sarawak election.
I buy it because it really have good fundamental...
However, the family fighting and issue have caused the share to go down.
I still not cut losses yet, because the recent CPO price is at uptrend. And I think it will help WTK earning.

This is why i still hold Gadang till now. I do look good at her future and till now, I do trust 郭安, this is based on his pass reputation.
Business do have up and down, but i believe a good management and a good businessman will be able to overturn a bad times.

I also do my homework before I recommend Gadang to my subscribers.

According to my FA report, the fair price should be 4.09 cum all. I made the below assumptions as follows :-

Assumption 1
The next quarter result will be released around 21/1/2017, I believe the quarter result Q2 2017 releases will be better than Q2 2016. The revenue and Net profit in Q2 2016 was 101.980 m and 17.721m respectively. If the quarter result Q2 2017 released is better than Q2 2016, the stock price of Gadang will move up north.

Based on 郭安 previous character and performance and management style, I do trust his words.
The management of Gadang confirmed it during AGM.

Assumption 2
According to this person's (sosfinance) fund manager, for Capital City, there are about RM 285m profit before tax is not recognized yet. Perhaps, it is the reason why the management of Gadang is so confident that Gadang can exceed FYE 2016's result.
Please note that I do not have any insider information, I cannot verify this fact.

Assumption 3
I still believe that Gadang will get one of the projects of MRT2 or LRT3 to improve its order book. Please note that Gadang is the second best contractor in MRT1 project, government will reward Gadang for its work well done. Once this project is awarded, the stock price of Gadang will move up north.

Ans : My friend is a director of a contractor who did MRT1 project. He told me that Gadang is the second best contractor in MRT1 project, government will reward Gadang for its work well done. Gadang will get one of the packages in either MRT2 or LRT3.

I do not have insider information, I try to find all information myself. For assumptions 1 & 2, unless the management of Gadang told lies during AGM, otherwise, we should take their words during AGM as conformation.

For assumption 3, this information is given to me by my good friend, I believe his information can be trusted.
The management of Gadang also confirmed during AGM that she tendered for RM 10 billion jobs. She is confident to secure at least 1 or 2 jobs.

Assumption 4
All brokers in town are overweight on Construction sectors, I believe Construction stocks will perform well in 2017. Gadang is a Construction stock and trading at a low PER.

Assumption 5
Technical chart showed that Gadang is still an uptrending stock. No sign of changing of trend yet.

I go into detail before I recommend any stock, I feel guilty if I make a big mistake. So far I do not think that I make any mistake after a few times of counter checking.

If this stock cannot perform, there is nothing I can do. There is always a risk in share investment.

Job Liew sifu, cool down. KYY didnt force you to buy, yes. But you just said you buy after reading his article, yes? That's influence, yes? He infulence you to buy and sell, yes? If many people like you got influenced like you, plus a big shareholders buying/selling, share price sure move up and down, fufiling the prophecy, yes?

As a mature mankind, investment decision is ours. Mr Koon, articles did not forces us to buy! We make own decisions! That is a personal responsible!
Even Mr. OTB, he is a professional fund manager does not means he will be always right!! He is not God, he cant predict the future!! He tried his best to provide his professional advice towards the share! His analysis is full of the professional skill! This only enable us reduce our investment risk!
But risk is still risk!! We still have a chance to loss!!

I think OTB do a good job in his professional analysis towards the share!! With the analysis he share, he deserve the paid from his subscribers and worth!! I also a Gadang share holder and I still hold Gadang share, now. I am staying at Ipoh, same housing area with Mr Koon. I do see him passed by in the housing area time to time but never face to face talk.

I do hope everyone should have some respect towards Mr Koon. He is a man of his words! I think Mr. KYY is an integrity. Just he is a human, he do make mistake like everyone of us! in investment there is no sure win game one! We make mistake and loss money!! We can not, 做人输打赢要！

I must testify for Mr Koon, I use to loss money in buying on news especially on the share below RM1.00.

After I read his article on investment and golden rules. I start to avoid the share below RM1.00 and buy share with continuous profit year to year. Then, I start to make money based on his advice!

So, as a mankind, we need to be grateful for his advice and learned from his mistake as well. This is a good lesson to all of us that in investment do have risk, no matter how well you prepare, there still a chance to loss money!
