The Board of Directors of Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
1) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares; and
2) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders in relation to the aforesaid proposals will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
