EBITDA is a better metric than net income for OCK because once built there will be not much maintenance CAPEX and tower can last a long time and its kinda like real estate with rare zoning approved. Also you have to look at tenancy ratio and OCK currently has a tenancy ratio of ~1.5< (lazy to check) but it has been trending upward but not much.

I sold. Don't think the growth story adds up.. Still, valuation is not demanding. A quick 30%+ return though!

Who will benefit from 5g? Tower company like OCK. One of the disadvantage of 5g is that it i will need more tower as the signal is weaker. But it is still cheaper than digging up holes for cable.

FCF yield is around 20% right now with 130m CAPEX spent coming into effect soon. I expect the yield to be at least 25% if current price stay the same.

Kinda similar to Insas. Hopefully the underlying assets will grow or appreciate to widen the gap of price and value. Management should just do more buybacks as it is the most effecient/easiest way to create value.

Whether Biostar is a success or not, its still a cheap stock EV/EBITDA of 4.5x and P/E of 8? Cmon.. This is a cheap AF without accounting for all the growth upside from BioStar.
