Can any sifus advise how the land acquisition will affect the land size and shape of the unacquired portion and also whether the area in general is viable for development

Hopefully the leftover portion is regularly shaped which can then have a potential for development to go hand in hand with the portion being acquired. That would add value to the balance land

Ya, when it comes to compulsory acquisition, they will just take what they need and leave the owner with the balance, however unviable the leftover might be.

I suspect it’s because the acquisition of lot 8907 is not in its entirety. Only part of it being acquired

We did say previously that PP would likely be subscribed by friendly parties. If we believe that, then why would the price surge as that would make their entry more costly. Hence I suspect the price would stabilise at current values to allow cheap entry for the PP.

So the thing to take away is that the mother share would be quite the safe bet at current price provided we can hold. As for warrants, it’s really quite the gamble

My only concern is this. PP seems to suggest that land acquisition not in the immediate future . If company is going to secure funds from land acquisition, why need PP for 20m. Unless of course the PPis being subscribed by friendly party to take advantage of imminent return from land acquisition.

If company had no fundamentals, then PP subscribers are it for a quick return. Otherwise who would wanna subscribe to the PP . In this case, it would likely be pump and dump

If that isn’t the case, then the PP subscribers must genuinely have faith that their investment would bear a fruitful return. If it’s a company with good fundamentals, then the returns would be significant but over a protracted period (since all good things must take time)

Let’s put ourselves in position of PP subscribers. If the $ is strictly to gratify the directors, then the investors must be the directors themselves to create a smoke screen in order to make others believe that there are true investors prepared to gamble their money on this counter

Eden BOD has already announced that the monies are to be used for
1. Part payment of bank loans,
2. Working cap
3. Future expansion
So there won’t be any dividend for time being
