吉隆坡14日讯）大众控股(PDZ,6254,主板交通物流组)证实和升利吉科技(SANICHI,0133,创业板工业产品服务组)洽谈在柔佛联手开发区域电商物流中心，但尚未定案。

大众控股回答大马交易所的质询表示，仍然在和升利吉科技讨论，至今未合组联营公司。

该公司否认已经与升利吉科技联营成本逾10亿令吉的物流中心和获得当局批准。

同时，该公司也否认赢得中国一个电商平台业者的6亿令吉物流合约，因为仍然在洽谈中。

harta earn big money in 2020 1st qr, that is real,that is future..

most of business loss in malaysia,because demamd going down,banking,shoping mall,platation etc. only glove got profit,demand quiet strong in the future. for dividend now, 2.04cent, one yr expect 8cent, better than other busdiness..

i think is good result,in 2019, their profit going down. but 2020 is very strong turning point, their have a very good profit bettet than 2019. that id good..
