首相最近爲巫統黨選而忙，以多項“強化土著經濟”措施爲前奏後，本週末即來到黨選的緊張關頭了，而且在此前更飛美國一趟。

身爲一國之首的父親奔波勞碌，他的公子納茲福丁在股市方面也不見得清閒，相隔了好一段時間後，最近又再受到關注，因爲這次盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業闆工業產品組）托他的福，近期股價波動極爲激烈。

是首相公子入股的消息早已開始流竄嗎？盛資股價從兩個月前即顯現“飆升”訊號，從7月中約25仙，一度衝上上週1令吉零7仙最高水平，相等於超過3倍的驚人漲幅，而且很明顯的，股項成交量也從7月起顯著增長，打破平日淡靜交投。

雖然週四股價回調至57.5仙左右，但該股在前後兩個月間激增了近6倍，是否意味著整個入股佈局早已安排好呢？

盛資主要涉及工業化學業務，但在過去5個財政年，其中4年都處於虧損窘境，股價激增似缺乏有利的基礎，也難以讓人信服。

截至2013年6月30日止，盛資次季淨虧損擴大至71萬6千令吉，並拖累首半年淨虧損擴大至115萬4千令吉，歸咎於金屬貿易業務停止操作，加上失去了中國子公司的盈利貢獻；至於2012財政年全年淨虧442萬4千令吉，比2011財政年的155萬4千令吉淨虧損顯著擴大。

該公司管理層預計可維持塑膠塗層業務貢獻，因爲將從電子及電器，擴大至工業塗層領域，工業塗層料是未來的主要盈利貢獻者。

一家業務前景有待“確定”的公司，何以有這麽大的魅力讓大家爲之傾倒？

納茲福丁效應席捲並非頭一遭，過去在豐盛工業（HARVEST，9342，主闆工業產品組）及神通科技（SCOMNET，0001，創業闆工業產品組）引發的浪潮可不簡單，營造的政治色彩更加濃厚。

納茲福丁於兩年前參股豐盛工業消息傳出後，其股價突然猛漲26倍，最終被大馬交易所列爲指定股後，才將那團火焰漸漸撲滅。

低價股旺盛時期，神通科技隨後成爲另一受青睞對象，惟後來納茲福丁表示無意展開收購行動後，該股才打回原形。

股市名人效應往往是最無法抵擋的一環，股價就像亂了性子般跳躍，也最容易讓投資者失去理性，掉入陷阱中。

再回頭看看多隻曾被熱炒的股項，如今落得的下場，不得不讓人感到唏噓，股價捧得越高，因回調而承受的代價也變得越高。

因爲納茲福丁是首相兒子的身份，全世界都以爲所有的合約訂單都會自動送上門嗎？這絕對是投資者的期待。

可是，此時，盛資跳出來強調，納茲福丁入股20.76%並看好公司的盈利將大增，“僅僅是大股東的目標和願望”，投資者這可聽清楚了嗎？（星洲日報／焦點評析：李永權）
