Is private placement introduce new shares? Coz shapadu take 66mil... whereas existing shares is only abt 80 mil.

"Shapadu had gone deeper into the whole picture when they plan to take up the private placement of 66.667 million shares for RM 20 million at 30 cents a share. However, the placement will subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia in it's regularization plan which had been awaiting for the regulatory body reply since it's submission at 25th July 2014."

Shapadu anticipate to complete by May. But approval still not given yet.

Now, already passed their extension apps of 31 july.
still no news on extension approval from bursa.
something brewing or manipulation of price??

Sentiment was ver high & many late comers wants to join the bandwagon.... This scenario is a good set up for punters / sharks......so we traders, do not chase price.....during this time I put on "daytrader's hat"....& will close all my position & not bringing next day........never knew when the tide going to go against us...... So trade well & have a good weekend......

What capital are you guys talking abt here? Par value 14 sen total shares abt 3.5bil... values abt rm400 mil.... not enough? Current price 54 sen... rose the company value to 1.6 bil.... more than enough.... if cash in hand, yes... only abt 200mil after the pp exercise.... if further right issue of 1 for 1 at 20 sen...can easily get rm600mil. Enough for borneo purchase... just a simple calculation.. cheers

Guys....have u seen any major price pullback ?? Whats happening is the normal buy n sell from contra players. To me, thats normal as they helped to push the price higher n higher even though in small cents... its still in the uptrend mode prior to the 2nd quarter results and the application for the pn17 upliftment. If u ask, will it go up more? U wont get a definite answer. What most of us giving here are the predicted tp based on what is happening....not purely rumors..... can the price crash? Yes, that is possible... but based on factual news.... i do agree with those who are positive that suma will rise..... if u expect a shrp hike.... wait after the pn17 upliftment where more institutional players will come in. Otherwise.... stay out.... cheers

the sumatec PP was proposed to Bursa in January 2014 and the PP price was set at 38sen recently.... There were rumors talking abt the PP as if it has been implemented and about to be listed...
my question is...is there any official approval by the Bursa for this PP till now? cheers
