if this quarter on going billing for bukit jalil is lacking, it means next quater will have hugh ongoing billing, because with a billing ringgit sales, you can't have low ongoing progress billing for six months. it is not normal. The management also need to explain about the profit margin. After all, we have great confident in this company. Hopefully, everything is above water and no hanky panky.

ya. it is getting better in quaters to come. net profit is a lot better than the corresponding period next year. next quarters on going billing and revocation fees will increase net profit greatly. Those who attend the AGM should query about profit margin of its project in bukit jalil, so we can be clearer. We should also pressure the management to declare high dividend or special dividend.

with Desmond the main shareholder of Malton, Wct and Pavillion Reit It is what we meant synergy in business. It will be beneficial for all three companies. Contract of Pavillion and Wct will flow both ways between wct and malton. So it is net net positive for all three companies. Furthermore, once pavilion Bukit Jalil is completed, it may be injected to Pavillion Reit. Hence a hugh capital gain for Malton. On the other hand, some of the wct projects may also engage malton as contractor in future. I think the good time for malton is on our doorstep. Be confident. In future it may even involve realignment and restructuring in ways of merges and privitisation to create synergies. It can only be good for Malton

I am quite confident that in 2017, the financial year profit will be more than 100 million. Earning per share will be aroud 20 to 25 sen. even if only trading at 5 to 6 times PE ratio, the shrare should be in the range of RM1 to RM1.50

the date of payment is December, rather than January in previous years. I guess the management is changing its dividend policy by possibly declaring more than one time dividend for 2017. Since next years prospect and potential is so much greater. Anyway, even without the special dividend, it is still better than fixed deposit rate.

you sure right. Any of you here who turn up for the AGM this year, should voice out to the management about Malton's lack of media relation effort. When you are doing well, you need to invite the analysts to cover the news and future of the company. That's how many lesser companies command higher share price than Malton. Eventhough Malton is a much stronger company. I think the investor relation manager is doing a poor job in communicating it. The top management should do more for the minority shareholders like all of us. However, we all should all have confident and encourage others to invest in it for good dividen yield and hugh potential in the next few years.

next financial year will also see a special profits or gain from the batu Kawan revocation project. this will add 9 to 10 sen additional earing per share. For next financial year, very confident that the profit will be upside of 100 million after tax.

the financial results for quarter ended 30 June was excellent. All the financial including the revenue and profit is really improving. This is an excellent start for the coming quarters where the bulk of the BJCC revenues and profits coming in the next three years. All the construction jobs are bonuses. Together with excellent dividend yield that is coming up soon. I think for the next financial year ended 30 June 2017, the revenue may hit 1 billion with profits also in the region of 100 million. That will give a future pe ratio of about 3 times a the current price of 61 sens. there is a lot of potential and huge upside.

i totally agree with Darren. While we sympathise with the victim's family, we need to be objective and not be affect by someone who fail to understand the real situation. A good company with excellent dividend yield and tonnes of potenial with ongoing and future projects. Its time accumulate in anticipation for dividend and also a very good year, next year.
