well, I would say it is time to collect Pohuat@
what is the stock that will have potential upside?
I think... It is always the " POTENTIAL GROWTH"
just take a look at Pohuat.
Increase EPS for the past few years and also quarters.
increase Dividend yield for the past few years.
Coming dividend in October 2014.
Also take a look at its 30 major share holders! They are accumulating the stocks as well. Who know the company better than they do?
Of course the directors!
How about Master Fong Siling!
You can see that he is the 12th Biggest Shareholder as well!
If you take a look at page 23 annual report of Pohuat. You can notice that even the Chairperson of Pohuat is optimistic about the earning of the company for year 2014!

Why Fiamma up in one week trade despite the local sell down of stocks?

Have you use Elba, Faber, Tuscani etc before? Do you know who is selling this home appliances? Well, i used them! i think most of us if you cook, you will know about all these brand! Yes, they are sold by Fiamma!
The golden questions are:
-what is going to propel the company earning to higher level this year!
- Yes! This year, Fiamma is targeting the completion of its maiden property project in October with a gross development value (GDV) of RM150mil. The 23-storey office suite tower, Menara Centara, with 10,000 sq ft of retail space is located on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur. WOW! this is one the factor!
- This company chooses to venture into property is definitely a wise move! The chairman of the company plans to launch 1to 2 projects each year. This is going to propel its EPS higher!
- Klang valley is always the hotspot for property investment. If you know that Fiamma is targeting to launch two serviced apartment projects in the Klang Valley - one in the city centre and one in Bandar Manjalara. I anticipate that their earning will be better and better!
finally, take a look at its quarter results!
EPS of 8-9 cents / quarter! This gives you a 36 cents per annum!
PE < 10 of course!

What is the potential growth of this company?
- If you noticed, the company just had its 2:1 share split early this year. In July again, it proposed to have 1 bonus shares for every 4 shares in coming November!
-Do you ever think of why the CEO do that ? ( to reward the shareholders? to increase the volume / liquidity of the stocks? )
-let's not forget the coming dividend of 3 cents in November!
-All these goodies seems to be fall on November!
-If you flip the annual report of OKA 2014, as some of you might see...
Stock master Fong Siling is the 6th Major shareholder for this company!
What do all these tell you?...

Reasons for Melati :
- Earning: Take a look at previous quarter results. Its eps has been increasing steadily throughout the last 4-5 quarters. If we annualise its eps, it will be around 20 cents per annum, giving its PE < 10
-Net Cash position.
-What is the main bullet for construction and property company?
Yes, its land bank. Melati has 120 acres of land in Klang and 4 acres of land in Mukim of Batu and Petaling. These lands were bought at low price. If it to be reevaluate for its land value. I have no doubt that the NTA of this stock is more than RM 2. (current NTA Rm 1.46)
-So is there any growth prospect for this company?
Definitely yes! Let's take a look at the annual report 2013 , page 18. You can see that the chairman of the company is very sure that the company will definitely do better in year 2014!
- so, I think we should know source of incomes for this company!

Why ?
Mr Koon Kew Yin is looking at the potential gain from Inari shares disposal by Insas which is a great potential to propel Insas EPS!
"Insas Bhd should follow Naim’s footsteps
Insas Bhd owns 36.4% of Inari Amerton Bhd which has a market cap of about Rm1,986 million. It has a total of 516 million issued shares of 10 sen par value while its current price is Rm 3.85.
Insas should sell say 6.4%, still holding 30%, to realise more than Rm 100 million profit in cash. Even its CEO Dato Thong Kok Khee sold 500,000 shares in the open market on 2nd Sept 2014. It would be foolish not to lock in some profit. If it did, Insas share price would have also shot up like Inari. That is why it is so depressed!"
