Jaks is a rare gem.. if estimated net profit from hai duong power plant is RM 200m annually, we discount 30% for margin of safety it would be RM 140m.
Using rough calculation,
140m / total number of share 643m = 0.217 EPS
If PE 8 = Share price could be 1.74
If PE 10 = RM 2.17 which i think is achievable in 2020
And this assumption is very very conservative assumption..
Estimated COD around may-june 2020,
Share Price of MFCB also started to head north 6 months prior to COD
