Compared to the broader market, there isn't much company able to generate ROR ROE 30%-40% as this counter, furthermore giving dividends. High margin also translate into high barriers of entry and competitiveness. Furthermore the management has been actively generating sources of income if not passively. If sales are bad, management can slash price, but yet the return on revenue has been increasing over the years.

Many reasons for stockholders to buy and sell. Logical thinking, the exit of major shareholder should not be one of it for us to sell if the fundamental remain intact; unless proven is otherwise.

just as few members has spoken, good landbank, positive sufficient capital but it's literally an inactive company, they intend to keep it this way. it's like we got a super powerful train, but the driver/pilot is unwilling to move it, what can we do as retail/passenger?

instead of getting dragged into this game, better sell and look for new opportunity. there might be potential in this stock, but once the major shareholder made up his mind for take-over, he can reduce the dividend payout or just making it a sleeping company. we as retail has no upper-hand.
