The Board of Directors of CAP is pleased to announce that it has proposed a final dividend of RMB2.9 cents (equivalent to RM1.518 sen based on the middle exchange rate of RMB1:RM0.5235 at 12:00 noon on 22 April 2014 as quoted by Bank Negara Malaysia) per ordinary share of USD$0-10 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The entitlement and payment dates in respect of proposed final dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
