AGM Insight: (Please decide whether below info is good or bad for your investment decision)

1. MyAngkasa system hopefully will be running by Jan 2019
2. Fees will be charged per transactions, do not expect significant of transaction at the beginning of the launching of the system as it will take sometime for the user to get used to it
3. LAD reported from the last quarter is recoverable, but amount is not sure
4. Yahya was buying the shares days before AGM
5. Company is trying to diversify into Fintech and Big Data, instead of focusing on current product of CMMS. However, it is still in the stage of research and no product has been developed yet.
6. MyAngkasa is an example of the company trying to diversify into Fintech solution, with the partnership from Riametric platform who also provide the Big Data solution.
7. So far, 300K has been spent on the system for MyAngkasa
8. The litigation against ASAP by Sporty Beans: In worst case scenario, Orion could have faced a losses of up to 500K only, instead of 45.41 million claimed by Sporty Beans against ASAP.
