The other cost related to the other income consist : 0.92M legal fee for the disposed land and 2.90M for relocation and rectification.

Excluded the other income, the net profit will be 8.245mil, but you should add back those cost related to the disposed land too which is 3.82 mil legal fee and relocation and rectification. So the actual net profit without consider the other income should be 12.065 mil.
