Perdana is so lagged behind other oil counter. Oil price has climbed back pre covid level which Perdana was above 0.32. More than 100% from current price.

Bought a bit Naim back for mixture of sarawak election + oil recovery theme.

Luckily sold earlier. This company really rubbish the share price keep going down but the CEO is being paid so well.

Other Sarawak counters like Naim will jump soon too due to upcoming state election in few months time.

Sold 1.87, change to warrant 0.235.

Bought more warrant at 0.235. Expect to go 0.30

Agreed with you. However, as an value investor, it is because of these discrepancies in price x value, you got the opportunity to buy at low.

Not everyone will be rewarded, only those patient enough will, because nobody can predict when the share price will up or will down.

But time and result will tell! :)

Some company makes report look good but whether it is real, just see whether they can pay dividend.

Serba has been consistently paying stable dividend every quarter despite covid period.

There are many company stop distributing dividend but serba still maintain it. The management is really confident...

Based on current Serba's diversified business with growing revenue for ICT segment. Surely deserve higher valuation.

I actually don't think it is Awang that makes the price cant move. He doesn't hold majority anymore, if there is syndicate, he cant stop it from moving.

Everything back to the fundamental and trend. It is just not time yet for serba and its peers as most fund still don't wanna come to O&G. Apparently despite new contract received by dayang, price still did not move.

The best is above 130m which is quite difficult.

I am satisfied as long as more than 110m.

I don't expect serba will have a super excellent result, but surely beyond the current valuation.

Hengyuan, Perdana, Dialogue all reporting above expectation result.

Current vessel utilisation is only 58% now. The revenue is very depending on dayang and dayang is still receiving new maintenance contract.

I see the downside risk is very minimal compare to potential upside return.

The result is quite good.

Compare to 2019 Q3, revenue maintained while loss reduced. Some more that is for Apr to June which is the MCO period + lowest oil price period.

Not so sure why some of you got so excited with only few cents going up and down.

If you are a trader, you are such a failure for trading in serba for probably less than 5% profit when there are plenty of penny stock with huge fluctuation nowadays....

The announcement only indicated the average selling price,not the exact price. So he can be selling at the highest and also the lowest.

Anyway, it doesn't matter at what price he sells. My concern is even if he sells 5 million per trading day, it still at least 17 trading days to clear off his position which is until early September.

That also means we might not see any uptrending until September.

Total traded volume today is 30m units, buy rate is 55% so 13.5m units were sold.

Does that mean Awang account for almost 40% of the sales today.

Now I really believe serba cannot move is because of his non stop disposal.

Next question is can perdana break the resistance that attempted and failed previously at 24?

Your understanding is correct if he is a retailer like us, but it is wrong when he holds hundred million of share.

To sell off all the shares at an average higher price, he is doing the right way to slowly dispose whenever price go up.

I think mainly is Awang, KWAP only disposed quite little and EPF been acquiring more than disposal.

Dayang already up almost 20%, I am surprised that serba still cannot move. Is it really because of awang's selling?
