call warrant is cash settled on expiry. If the mother share closed above exercise price, the issuer will pay u (mother share closing price-exercise price), if -ve, u will get nothing. there no such thing as dilution or VT win all.

This will definitely enhance the land value by many multiple and the book value is only rm0.48 psf.
