Invectec has alot of subsidiaries, solar is one of them.
Scope has nothing to do with inventec solar, but more or less it will spook investors away.
One thing to note is, They announced inventec solar bankrupt early of the month, but now almost end of dec, delay selling much? what's the purpose? Director mass collecting??

market sentiment bad, end of year sales, operator force selling to collect...many other more factors to consider in.

one thing for sure is, Scope doesnt hire and have no illegal migrant workers for their operation, so the only reason of dropping is because market sentiment and FUD.

Next QR definitely will be better, goody99 has a very solid read on this company.
Trading division margin is low but fret now, reliable sources told me it's gonna be a long term and consistent thing, so it's gonna continue to grow.

but let me share my "point of view"
IACM which located in Bayan Lepas is still new and they could not fully reach the capacity yet in coming 1+year even longer due to uncertainties of pandemic, thus, Scope will benefit definitely.

IAC HQ invested in Scope, that makes Scope their partner rather than direct competitor, since all the taikos over at IAC probably holding 0028, imo they will want to profit for themselves as well (0028 huge potential upwards), so thats another plus point.

Even in the long run, IAC factory in shanghai will slowly move all their business to Malaysia, the cake will be too big, it's more than enough for these 2 local companies.

Right now need to wait for the new plant and see how things go (what project Inventec is going to assign in this new plant)

of course things would be slow as the pandemic situation worsen everyday thanks to you know who, but fundamantally this company has a bright future. just wait for announcement in upcoming months and you'll see.

IAC is a $96B company. they took up 10% of Scope.
From what i know, IAC factory in Pudong is moving out majority of their facilities slowly to Malaysia which is IAC malaysia plant, and also Scope.

Let's assume the profit margin is less than 3%, but so far, looking good on the QR hey?
Orders not secure you can put it that way, but orders not secure you think scope bosses will blatantly invest a new production plant for IAC only? confirm bosses behind got talk and plan ahead amiright?

Yes there are much bigger and stable and lower PE whatever suits your preference, but they didnt get IAC as their business partner so that is that.

even if Scope get 1% of IAC company valuation, that is 960m.

But on a serious note, what i can share now is..
1) expansion is confirmed, more production space means more demand hence more profit (long term sure ok)
2) Inventec is expanding its presence in Malaysia, their factory in China is moving out from the shanghai plant to their Nanchang plant, and also Malaysia plant.
3) Being a direct partner of Scope, Inventec intend to acquire more shares of 0028, by phases.
4) past 3 QR is a good sign no? (also the next QR :) )

furthermore, info from a reliable source tells me that inventec will invest more in SCOPE to ramp up capacity as invectec's factory business forecast for Q3 2021 - Q3 2022 is beyond their own capacity, hence more machines and orders for SCOPE.
