@Calvin, indeed, observe the bank counters. The KLCI would likely be at 1800 if not for the investment banks shorting bank stocks.

Seen banks and suppliers are seeing the intrinsic value of KNM, all are preparing to grab it by cheap. The problem of KNM now is cash flow.

The SC has recommended a civil suit, so the minority shareholders know the next steps ya. ^_* It's puzzling that despite the SC's stern statement and the questionable contract, the Board of Directors remains silent and passive. What exactly is the role of an independent director?

The Malaysian furniture industry has been contending with challenges from China for over two decades. Despite this, it remains competitive in global trade. While most raw materials for nitrile gloves come from China, Malaysian furniture benefits from local sources.

Why SC n BURSA didn't take action when the co didn't disclose or fully disclose big contract involving co assets? And why Yu still holding office amid forensic audit. He should take garden leave.

Facial and slim program like consumable item, you must go for treatment every month. I dont understand why the half of previous package buyer suddenly didn't turn out during the past quarter. One possible is DC doing buy one free one promotion pre-IPO, so the clients paid pre-IPO and thus now DC has higher liability. My wild guess.

KNM's market capitalization is currently 445 million, while MAA's stands at 105 million. It raises the question as to why the Challenging Party is not contemplating the acquisition of MAA to secure control over KNM. TY only possesses a 35% stake in MAA and has previously been defeated by minority in an attempt to privatize. Acquiring control of MAA would consequently confer the status of the largest shareholder in KNM, and at a considerably lower cost. It is important to note that MAA is a net cash company. Any Wayang Kulit to bring up n down price of KNM?

SAB Berhad’s palm oil estates are located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Specifically, they comprise two oil palm estates: PT Maju Kalimantan Hadapan (PT MKH) and PT Sawit Prima Sakti (PT SPS). These estates cover a total of 18,205 hectares and are situated approximately 90 kilometers from Samarinda, the capital of East Kalimantan, and about 200 kilometers from Balikpapan, which serves as the financial center of Kalimantan12. If you’re interested in the palm oil industry, these estates are worth exploring! 🌴🌿

Turkish citizens rarely question why one of their airports is managed by a Malaysian sovereign fund, whereas some Malaysians frequently question why such assets are sold to foreigners in the global business arena. They seem to think: if it's not owned by us, then it must be owned by our adversaries.

It's unlikely. Over the past five years, while MAA was under PN17, Tengku required cash to invest in new business ventures by Bursa rules, otherwise MAA risked delisting. Regulations prevented him from initiating another SCR in a short period. However, it has now been five years since the first attempt.

Power cable manufacturer MTEC closed with 156.4% above its list price to become the best
performing IPO in first quarter of 2024. This was followed by building support services provider KJTS,
which saw its stock price rose by 153.7% from its list price. Both Industrial Products & Services
counters contributed to the sector’s price performance.

When MAA bought Turiya, some shareholders said the same but now they see how much MAA made. KNM is losing money right now, but it still has valuable assets just like MAA. Tengku needs to get more PR with his peers. I reckon everyone will be friendly towards him if he does proper communication and profit sharing.

It has been five years since Tengku's first attempt to privatize MAA. Now, MAA has been released from PN17 status but may re-enter PN17 after the sale of MAA Philippines, a lower price compared to 2019, and increased cash reserves. I believe this is an opportune time to consider privatization once again.

At a price of 62 cents, you have the opportunity to own a prime palm oil estate with a mill for RM14k per acre. Do you think this is an overspend?

Stock

If the land surrounding Nusantara is valued at RM200k per acre, that's 10X the valuation of MKHOP's land bank. Even if it sold for RM80k per acre, it would still be 4X the valuation of MKHOP. Are you kidding?
