if u use 30mil on yr own business, u probably can open more than 20 clinics (conservative estimation), take more market share than that 3 clinic... simple logic.. totally not worth it

speaking as someone from this industry, this acquisition is very fishy, like someone said... using 30+mil for a clinic is bonkers
plus bella clinic isnt a very famous franchise
and the entry level to setup an aesthetic clinic is surprisingly easy, hence alot of competition nowadays
this kind of IPO is just to enrich themselves at the cost of retail investors

this counter is EASILY worth at least RM5 by any way u value it based on its business.. dont sleep on it

for example -how does the gov wanna push the economy? the easiest way is to push megaproject which mcement stand to benefit the most, even if HSR doesnt materialize, currently whats the in- thing? data center which will benefit ytlpower, and construction sector is also recovering right now, japanese property are also booming - which means ytlreit also gaining value
