Could it be a coincidence? Jalil purchase price is 0.28 per share as well. Pure cash per share, guarantee won't lose.

My 2 sen opinion :
Latest last year 2020 4th quarter BJC balance sheet shows that Deposits with financial institutions 751,708,000 + Cash and bank balances 734,878,000 = 1,486,586,000 (1.48 billion)
Today closing at 0.31 X 5,255.48 million shares = about 1.63 billion market capitalization
Cash already made up of more than 90 % of today's market value of the company (1.48/1.63)
In other words, out of 0.31, 0.28 is pure cash.
Looking at the latest developments, this show could be a series rather than a one hit and run thing.
Keep my fingers crossed, hope Tan Sri this round plays real deal.......

Media Chinese today closed at 0.205 (Market Cap. at 345.88 million)
According to latest last year 2020 4th quarter:
Short-term bank deposits 89,555,000 + Cash and cash equivalents 244,205,000 = 333.76 million
Cash per share is 0.198 of today closing.
With a bit of good news or new plans, it could be another Berjaya Corp.
