至于FINTEC就从5分来到7.5分，涨了，50%。如果我们跟庄买进，基本上我们平均回报是34%。从大马交易所公布的公告，11月8日为止，FINTEC买进了12.513%股权。
从业绩来看，这两家公司财务报表并没有任何过人之处，但是为何FINTEC会买进SEACERA呢？根据冷眼，大马著名投资家冯时能常常说的，勤力阅读公司年报，会发现投资机会。
笔者翻查了SEACERA年报刊登日期是2019年10月31日，当天股价从24.5分涨到28分。原来年报中在资产表内显示SEACERA拥有一块地皮价值7亿8643万2420令吉（位于雪兰莪州).
