So, when I get to 5,000 big lots, which is now a realistic target for me, at the rate I'm going now, I only need Suma WB to recover to 40 sen for my total investment value to reach RM2 mil in worth ...

A bank presonal loan's interest, from MBSB, BSN or Bank Rakyat, at the moment is only around 4% per annum. Whereas an investor's ROI, if he plays prudently & wisely, wud come to a minimum of 25%. Even more, very possibly much more, if one is a savvy investor. So, what is your naive argument against that ...

As for 'ah long' loan, that is a completely different deal. I oredy cautioned KAQ, to NEVER ever go even within a mile of an 'ah long' ... Yes, that one will eventually sembelih you ...
