I know alam is improving with its quarterly reports and contracts winning. Just unhappy with huge amount of new shares at much cheaper price with instant profit. Well, nothing can do abt it. Waiting for good news next week.

I have just found out from alam company announcement dated 23Jan20 page#2, stating tranche1 notes that had been converted to new shares @0.09 are 143,888,885shares. While Outstanding tranche1 notes to be converted to new shares are 411,666,670shares. Terribly huge number of new shares yet to be converted.

all shares held in urusharta transferred. Who is the new substantial shareholder taking up urusharta shares? Hopefully it's someone powerful who can drive th heavy out of pn17 asap.

Why the sudden surge in price?

@Ron90 how u know the loan notes of 0.09 not yet fully converted? Where can find such info? This alam has converted many tranches of loan notes recently, 2 tranchess this month, 2 tranches in Dec19, 3 tranches in Nov19, and few others. How many remaining loan notes yet to convert? It's huge immediate profit to those owner of loan notes.

This chart looks uptrend, keeps getting higher highs. Hopefully it retraces more. I've sold most of my shares. Waiting to collect back.

Buy on 22/1 and sell same day is NOT oversold. Buy before ex-date and sell all on/after ex-date IS oversold.

If I sell my shares today, am I still entitled for the rights n warrants?
