♦️ *A leading steel pole supplier in the country.* Mestron is one of the country's largest manufacturers of streetlight poles, and one of seven companies approved by the Public Works Department (PWD) to supply streetlight poles for public roads
♦️ *FY20F-22F core earnings CAGR of 40%.* This is premised on: i) Higher/new order wins from the resumption of key infrastructure and construction projects, and ii) a further improvement in GPM stemming from the shift to higher-margin poles ( telecommunication poles/masts). There is an upside risk to longer-term earnings, from the expansion of its manufacturing capacity.
♦️ *Our fair value for Mestron is at MYR0.245, based on 16x FY22F EPS and implying 23% upside.* This is at a slight premium to the peer average of 15.1x, and ahead of its closest domestic peer – supported by a decent FY20-22F core earnings CAGR of 40% and superior ROE. The target P/E is in line with the FBMSC’s 12-month forward P/E of 16x (+1.3SD from its 5-year mean).

Bjtoto u are right. What is the purpose they want to push down the price? Becov they want to buy some more. With this kind of chart, with this price, after buy sure win money. Mestron is one of the company which making profit and still cheap to buy.
