He came out and said "Judge me by record" in STAR.. It means he is obviously under a lot of pressure of not getting enough contracts that he wants.
Yes, owned by EPF and Tabung Haji and other funds because they have been holding big chunks of this stock in the past. I do not know what is the new government decision. Probably hold and wait.

Dear Calvin, I read your articles and find them rather fascinating. You are well verse with what is going on in the O&G.
I can see that you are extremely bullish with Destini and expect it to rise to back to where it was...
However, things might be different now. Dato Rozabil who is the current managing director, bought at a higher prices than the current price in the past. He is the current Arau UMNO division vice chief. Do you think he will continue to get plenty of contracts from Petronas like he did in the past?
Like you, I'm also an investor who go for deep discounted dividend stocks but one must also take into consideration .. the character of the captain of the ship.

Yes, current situation most of these stocks are helmed by BN supporters and Petronas needs them to activate the rigs so that it can bring in money to help Harapan to solve this current mess. So its a win-win situation for both at the moment.
However once, things are more stabilize, what do you think Mahathir will do? He started this and I'm sure he has a solution to put things under his control..
