WCT has an high debt ratio issue. Indeed the private placement was planned to raise cash to pare down the debts in some way.
but with the rumoured change of ownership, it will also make sense for the new owner to undertake a private placement or right issue to raise cash to pare down the debts.
Question is how much will the counter run before the change of majority shareholder???
