but this is normal in Malaysia same like last time vaccination rate very low, after goverment afford now on track and ahead of many country.

1. (MARii) and (PEKEMA) collaboration to bringing EV infrastructure to Malaysia.
2. Tawin EV Charging Station is long time ready (Transmission signal is using their electrobeam technology), however only ready in term of hardware couldn't commercial it because lack of software.
3. The only possible way application in EV Transportation is using blockchain to bind payment system, charging system.

I believe those entrepreneur is understanding how tough to borrow money from bank without any supported/guarantee PO from customer. Since Aptiv is giving them a green light for Tawin using their submited sample, the only way is to dilluted it share by issue RI for funding. In future, company is back to profit with huge cash flow and nothing to invest, they can anytime condolidate back the share.
