My friend contacted Mr Loh yesterday. She has clients invested in TS.
I guess the best way to alleviate fear is to contact TS owner(s) and seek clarification rather than speculate :)

My friend who is working for a local investment bank contacted Mr Loh to seek clarification on the recent sell down. Here are some positive info:

- on track to achieve RM40 mil profit for 2016
- warrant conversion more than 60% so far
- hold 3 - 4 months

This is not a buy call. You decide.

Think about it rationally, the memo is meant for internal circulation. Whoever posted it in the web has breached confidentiality code. What is his/her intention for doing so?

I called TS and spoken to one of the management staff to clarify. Those "retrenched" staff are under probation. Hence 24 hours notice was served. Solar order book is intact.
Dropped a hint that Q3 results look good.
