@Balong, no doubt you are Tech analysis, but how well u know the background & the internal of the company? If you know the truth you will not dare to say so. As long the directors is still there this company is not hope. Yes may be you able to goreng a bit and earn but for long term it will die ugly.

@bondmark, I was also very curious why they bought that monkey company at 16.5m. minus the actual value plus give back to owner of monkey company. The three director only got few mil each. Really small money to them.

Sales no increase , profit reduce, no future plan, no new business, no new customers, no new product.....

Wsp88, exported on Oct to Dec will only collect payment on Jan to Mar, now USD dropping like hell u expecting FPG profit will be good???

For me, this company still able to make profit provided the directors leave the company and let others who is more serious to manage the company. But the reasonable price for this company is not more than 20cents.

I even got some feedback from friend working in Broadcom saying that the service of FPG is Sxck!!! The people there always thought they got blessing from Broadcom USA, but they din't realised that Broadcom PG is slowing facing out FPG product to others.

After all, FPG is just a Precision Manufacturing Company that do export. Knowing that their business with Broadcom will be going down because of Avago management will be taking over Broadcom management which have more cost conscious. Previously Broadcom is spending money without any control, but right now they try to reduce the cost by recycling any parts that they can be reused.

The company indeed is making money before IPO, but after listing, all the stuff got the $$$ and now no one is really taking serious about the business. FPG able to be listed is because of the currency exchange of USD 1.00 to USD 4.20, this automatically increase the sales revenue by 20%.

Knowing someone working in FPG, the intention of IPO is never to get the fund for expending but the owner can't sell the company in a good price. IPO is the fastest way to get the sum of money. I thought they directors will at least last for few years before sell of their share. Who knows not even a year.....
