Zenwan , tropicana will be doing more on landed property this year in particular one I am also looking at canal city. Have a look at the land by just following the sign to IJM Rimbayu. It's a piece of land next to IJM however it's smaller and not launch yet. My informer told me the housing will be more compact in term of ratio of house .

The current land is still brownfield at the moment and will take awhile before the land is matured however we note that the Rimbayu take up rate for phase 1 and 2 was extremely successful being oversubscribed. Phase 2 of Rimbayu is for those failing to secure phase 1. Phase 3 to launch will be so called semi dee but in actual fact it's a cluster of 4 houses but very small.

Wit the current stats of oversubscribed, we believe these are main lye buyers who are legitimate and not investor simply because of the brownfield (red actually) which sits deep into kota kemuning. For those who wishes to view the location need to note that upon entering kota kemuning on first exit, they need to pass 3 roundabout to get to canal city. From the third roundabout, the location is approx 6 km away. So ignore the large sign board on Kesas which says 1.5 km.....

As Saturn said, we are a group of investors.....green lantern of different universe. This is exacly his dissapointment on Eps....he is expecting more.....
