North Sabah is producing 16,000 bopd, cost per bbl below $20, it is clearly cash cow like Anasuria.

Production optimisation initiatives will increase their production level, and cost optimization will bring down further, especially Shell cost always 50% more than indepedent producer like Hibiscus. By end of 2018, the financial performance will be a lot clearer.

What happened to the RI money? Why then Chris Dalton the CEO resigned? After that why the CFO resigned?...What happened to the proposals after proposals subsequent to that?.... Agreed with @John Lu, this is oil/gas stock year, but only those with strong revenue/profit visibility stock like Hibiscus/Dnex, as for Reach we are yet to know what happened especially still in loss making, no news on their real production, beside dealing with KZ is fuzzy.

I will stick with Hibiscus/Dnex. Dnex could have strong GE14 impact too. As for other Oil Service company stock like Sapura, Umwong, Perisai, Barakah, Alam, Dayang, Petra, still bleeding and yet to see how they going to turn around this year, surely with oil price up and sentiment running high now, you could do the FIFO - fast in fast out strategy to benefit from the superbull.

Another low risk palyers are Dialog, Yinson and Armada due to their long term recurring income contarct less affected by oil price movement. My only top pick still Dnex and Hibiscus, hoping for TP RM1.50-2.50 for 2018. We are expecting oil market uptrend for few years from now if history to be used as reference, but who knows.
