And the reason why the customer service phone number of HK office is M'sia phone number, I believed that is because they outsourced the customer service to BPO call center. You can look at the Malaysia website, the SG , MY, HK, Brunei, and China office are also using the same customer service number and email address. But others country doesn't share Malaysia customer service number. And the reason why they are using Malaysia customer service center is because, Malaysian can speak Malay, English, Mandarin and Cantonese with low labour cost as well. (It just my own speculation, if don't believe, can just ignore me)
