Datasonic is considered one of the potential stocks.

Recently it has been priced around 0.5. The price is really attractive. Taking a view of its 1yr price technical chart trend, it's considered at the low point.

It will probably bounce up back when near arrivals of vaccines in Malaysia this Feb month end. It has the core business for our identity card IC chips, bank credit/ debit card chips, also producing our passport, etc..

Having confidence in Datasonic, when pandemic situation getting better with arrival of vaccines soon. It will reflect its actual price.

(Other than above, Datasonic potentially obtains projects from Government, outlook as per below: -)

1- Foreign Worker Card (i-KAD Project) approximately 100m valued project

2- Digital MyKad (e-KYC)- Digital IDs for all

3- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

In terms of possibility whether Genting is allowed to operate during CMCO, just my opinion, I feel it's not allowed.

Because Govt is going to put stricter SOPs and thighten the rules. Otherwise it's pointless to have it prolong for 3months.

This round, Gov's perspective is that whether it's gonna end covid fight with strict rules, or else Covid cases keep increasing and citizens are complaining over the sufferings from both economically, financially and healthily.

Conversely, I think both local and foreign investors will have more confidence in our Malaysia share market, as the state of emergency was announced by PM yesterday night only applied to political activities eg: Parliament. This means, the stability of current market will be strengthened and more stable, as in nearer term, no change of government is possible.

The shocking falls in share market yesterday was around 4pm 23rd Oct, investors had no idea what the real picture of state emergency that PM gonna announce at night 8pm. Thus, Panic sells in market..

The economy and businesses matters were announced to be continuously the same, and no lockdown and so on.

Thus, I think now after announcement 8pm yesterday 23rd Oct, clearer picture…both local and foreign investors will have more confidence into our share market starting from Monday 26th Oct onwards.
