Jungleboy.. normally the company has to push up 30% more for the employees to borrow money from banks to take up the shares otherwise the ESOS exercise is not implemented successfully

Good that ESOS is set at 0.0653 and normally this price needs to break 0.085 otherwise counted as a failure of this ESOS exercise

Now it explains why the price couldn’t be pushed too high otherwise ESOS would be set at 0.172 for price closed 0.20 for the last 7 days

Great to see the ESOS was set as 0.0653 and not below 0.065 otherwise we need to sell immediately as the employees will sell now without the need to pick up.
Don’t worry now the price will be at least 0.085 for the ESOS scheme to work !

Good that the ESOS is set at 0.0653 and the boss has to push the current price much higher than 0.07 in order to attract employees to pick up their allotments as many employees don’t have cash to pick but to borrow from banks which normally require ESOS price 0.0653 x 30% up. In conclusion, we can go in to buy at 0.065 or below to be in better advantage than the employees

Be cautious on the correct timing to exit this counter
My advice is to play safe by putting in all the profit you had made on this counter and take back your principle
- then hold this counter as long as COVID-19 vaccine has not come out yet. My selected shares for the past 6 months are LAMBO, Habicus-WC, VELESTO-WA, XOX-WB and XDL & XDL-WD and all the above go up many times except XDL (maybe this counter is my odd one out)
My pick for next 6 months are DPHARMA, HPHARMA-CE, PHARMA for the vaccine treatment which is needed all over the world by everyone / much more then gloves which are only used by less than 1% of world population
Just take a note on this and come back to me if I miss the pick ok

ESOS will normally bring down share prices as those employees having allotted the shares will sell in the market if they do have holding power
But share buyback will surely stablize its share price and normally will bring up price to a level set by the board - since the company has 500M in reserve the company only need 100M to add 0.05 to the price 0.075 + 0.05 = 0.125
Don’t sell until 3/9 if you are not making profit

Shareholders will be pleased to see Q6 was out and still managed in green

Ding will not disappear at the current 0.075 as he will only be richer by 50M if the company goes bust,
I think the coming meeting will announce on the business of PPE and face masks and then the price by all means breaks into uncharted territory then anything will tell .....

For the last 6 months many make millions just buying 0.005 & 0.01 and selling at 0.05 or more
Making RM50000 10 times with RM5000 for 1000 lots
E.g I bought XDL-WD at 0.005 1000 lots and sold last month at 0.025 making 5 times profit
Also, LAMBO at 0.005 and sold 0.06 making 12X
And many more with 100 times profit

Look at TM counter going up 10% but it’s C counters go up more than 50%
Many don’t look at premium now
Just buy and run with good margins

Buy DPharma-CE now at 0.205 and it will go up RM1.0 in 6 months

Better buy DPharma now and it will sure go up in 6 months for vaccine distribution in Malaysia

Anyway not a good counter to keep long - run at the right time

Many companies want to keep share price low and keep profit as cash reserve to earn interest but project penny price image to attract those punters interested in buying penny shares
